I know César through a Spanish program and as a private tutor. He is a gifted teacher with a wonderful sense of humor! I know that my growth in Spanish has much to do with César's great teaching style, which consists of grammatical concepts enveloped in engaging topics, with lots of laughter sprinkled through!
